• your WhatsApp display name
• the content of the messages you send us
• the date and time of each message
• any attachments you send, such as photos, documents, or voice notes

How we use it

We use this information to reply to your enquiries, manage your customer requests, and keep records of our conversations.

Where we store it

We store it on Vermont’s own servers, in our customer messaging system.

How long we keep it

We keep it for 24 months from the date of the message. After that we delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it for longer.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or share it with third parties. If the law requires us to keep or disclose information, we do so only to the extent the law requires.

Access, correction, and deletion

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email enquiries@vermont.co.za.
